Dr. Kyle Miller PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Owner
Kyle grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago with a passion and desire for sports and an active lifestyle. He graduated from the University of Wiscosin – Madison in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology, go Badgers! From there, he attended the University of Colorado – Anschutz Medical Campus an earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017.

After working in outpatient orthopedics, Kyle pursued an opportunity to travel full-time as a Physical Therapist with Broadway musical tours in North America. For 4.5 years, he managed daily care, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and maintenance for the cast and crew of various musicals. His full-time positions included “Wicked”, “Hello, Dolly!”, and “STOMP”, while he also provided care to “Hamilton”, “Miss Saigon”, “Blue Man Group”, and “Aladdin”, among others.

Following this, Kyle spent 2 seasons working with the United States Ski and Snowboard Teams. His first season was spent with the Men’s and Women’s Snowboard Halfpipe teams while the second season he worked with the Men’s Alpine Team. In doing so, Kyle was able to practice physical therapy around the world and work to keep our 2026 Olympic hopefuls healthy and primed for competition.

As a result of working within these organizations, Kyle saw firsthand the benefits for patients in physical therapy not directed by insurance companies. This is what has inspired Kyle to establish Divergent Sports Medicine with the goal of putting the patient first and empowering them to be the driver of their rehabilitation experience.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys volleyball, golf, snow/water skiing, exploring outdoors, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
